Spacious and modern home for a relaxing holiday on Lipno
The Filip House is a modern and spacious holiday home with an area of 120 m², which offers comfortable accommodation near Lipno for 6+1 people. Thanks to large windows, with a view of the forested hills of Šumava (PLKO), which are reflected on the surface of Lipno Lake, the interior is bright and airy. The house is fully equipped for short and long-term stays. Amenities include three televisions and free WiFi.
The modern kitchen has all the necessary equipment - a stovetop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and fridge with freezer.
Stylish living room with fireplace and access to the terrace near Lipno
The living room offers a comfortable sofa bed, a large-screen TV, and an automatic pellet fireplace, which creates a pleasant atmosphere. There is also a dining table for 6 people. From the living room, a French door leads to a covered terrace with outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill. Here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake, which is only 50 meters from the house.
Comfortable bedroom and balcony with a magnificent view of Lipno Lake
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms for 6 people. Two bedrooms have a double bed (180 × 200 cm) and direct access to a large balcony (20 m²) with a lake view. Both bedrooms have satellite TV. The third bedroom has two single beds and a desk, with a window facing the holiday village.
On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a practical utility room. Upstairs, there is also a spacious bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine.
Free wellness and benefits for our guests
Guests of the Filip House can use the outdoor sauna and stainless steel hot tub with jets for free. In addition, they have discounts on renting electric bikes, boats, and beach equipment. Of course, there are two free parking spaces right in front of the house.
For larger groups (12–14 people), we recommend renting the neighboring houses, Filip and Magdalene, where it is possible to combine outdoor seating on the terrace.
